Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana:
The Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojana is an initiative by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh aimed at supporting farmers in cultivating high-value fruits and other horticultural crops. Under this scheme, farmers can avail themselves of a 45% subsidy from the government, 45% bank finance, and 10% contribution from the beneficiary, ensuring easier access to loans and fostering self-sufficiency in agricultural practices.

Scheme Benefits
- Subsidy Structure:
- 45% government subsidy from Arunachal Pradesh Government.
- 45% bank finance from approved financial institutions.
- 10% contribution by the farmer or SHG/FPO.
- Collateral-Free Loans:
- No collateral required for loans up to ₹1.60 lakh for individual farmers.
- No collateral required for loans up to ₹10 lakh for SHGs/FPOs.
- Financial Institutions: Loans are provided through:
- State Bank of India (SBI)
- Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank (APRB)
- Arunachal Pradesh Cooperative Apex Bank
Eligibility Criteria
The scheme is available to:
- Residents of Arunachal Pradesh.
- Farmers, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) engaged in or planning to engage in the cultivation of the eligible crops listed under the scheme.
Application Process
The application process is offline and involves the following steps:
- Visit an Approved Bank: Contact your nearest SBI, APRB, or Arunachal Pradesh Cooperative Apex Bank to initiate the application.
- Submit the Application: Fill out and submit the application form, available here, along with the necessary documents.
- Loan Processing: The bank will process the loan and subsidy, and upon approval, the loan will be disbursed.
Documents Required
- Aadhaar Card of the applicant.
- Voter ID Card.
- Residential Certificate.
- Valid Bank Account.
Note: No land documents are required for applying for the loan under this scheme.
