Beti Hai Anmol Yojana :
Launched by the Himachal Pradesh Government in July 2010, the Beti Hai Anmol Scheme is a welfare initiative aimed at providing financial support to girl children from BPL families (Below Poverty Line). The scheme helps promote education, empowerment, and self-reliance for young girls across the state.
The government provides financial aid at different stages of a girl’s life to ensure she gets the necessary support for education and self-sufficiency.

To avail the benefits of Beti Hai Anmol Yojana, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Online Application Process
1️⃣ Visit the Official Portal: You can apply online through the registration link for the scheme.
2️⃣ Fill the Form: Complete the application form and submit it to the Anganwadi worker for further processing.
3️⃣ Account Setup: The Anganwadi worker will help open an account in the post office or a bank for the girl child.
4️⃣ Scholarship Application: After the child is admitted to school, the parents need to submit a letter to the school headmaster requesting the scholarship.
5️⃣ Processing: The Headmaster will forward the letter to the Project Officer, who will review and approve the application.
# Note: On the girl’s 18th birthday, the entire amount is disbursed to her.
To complete the application, you will need the following documents:
1️⃣ Bonafide Himachali Certificate (Proof of residency)
2️⃣ BPL Certificate (Proof of Below Poverty Line status)
3️⃣ Date of Birth Proof (Birth certificate or Aadhaar)
4️⃣ School Letter (Letter from the headmaster if the girl is studying)
5️⃣ Identity Proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.)
