The Government of Uttar Pradesh is committed to supporting the education of children whose parents are employed in registered factories, commercial establishments, and shops. This initiative offers financial assistance to encourage academic performance and foster a brighter future.

Benefits:

• 60% to 74.99% marks: ₹5,000
• 75% or more marks: ₹7,500

Eligibility:

• The applicant must be a worker in a registered factory, establishment, or shop in Uttar Pradesh .
• The worker’s monthly salary (basic + dearness allowance) should not exceed ₹15,000 .
• The worker’s child must have passed 10th, 12th, undergraduate, or postgraduate exams .

Application Process (Online):

1. Visit the Uttar Pradesh Labour Welfare Board website: https://skpuplabour.in/ .
2. Click on the “Shramik Application” option.
3. Register as a new user and fill in the required details .
4. Log in with your credentials and select the relevant scholarship scheme .
5. Fill out the application form and upload a recent photograph .
6. Print the application form for future reference .
7. Get the application verified by the educational institution and employer .
8. Upload the verified form and supporting documents online .
9. After successful verification, the scholarship amount will be transferred to the bank account .
10. Track your application status online .

• Attested copy of the online application form .
• Bank passbook (with IFSC code) .
• Marksheet of the student’s latest exams .
