Refund of Fees Scheme –
If you are a student in Madhya Pradesh and have enrolled in a college, the Refund of Fees Scheme allows you to claim a refund of your remaining admission fees, including caution money, under specific circumstances. The fee refund is processed after a nominal deduction of ₹100 as an admission processing fee.

Who Can Claim the Refund:
The scheme is applicable to students who have:
- Left the College during the academic session after admission.
- Been declared failed after provisional admission.
- Had their online admission canceled.
Benefits:
- Refund of Remaining Fees: After deducting ₹100 as an admission processing fee, you can claim the refund for the balance fee (including caution money) that you paid at the time of admission.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the refund, the applicant must meet the following conditions:
- Admission in College: The applicant should be enrolled in a college in Madhya Pradesh.
- Native of Madhya Pradesh: The applicant must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.
Application Process:
Offline Procedure:
- Visit Your College:
- Go to your college (during office hours).
- Request the hard copy of the prescribed application form from the concerned authority.
- Fill the Application Form:
- Complete all mandatory fields.
- Attach a passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required).
- Attach copies of the required documents (self-attested, if needed).
- Submit the Application:
- Submit the filled application form along with the required documents to the concerned authority within the prescribed deadline (if any).
- Get an Acknowledgment:
- Request a receipt or acknowledgment for the submission of your application.
- Ensure that the receipt includes the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number (if applicable).
Required Documents:
When applying for the refund, make sure you attach the following documents:
- Passport-sized Photograph
- Aadhaar Card
- Domicile Certificate of Madhya Pradesh
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Samagra ID
- Bank Account Details / Bank Passbook
- Other necessary documents as per the college’s requirements
