Eligibility Criteria

Salary / Pay Scale

Candidates selected for the Local Bank Officer post will be placed in the Junior Management Grade/Scale-I (JMG/S-I).

  • Pay Scale: Rs. 48,480 – 2,000(7) – 62,480 – 2,340(2) – 67,160 – 2,680(7) – 85,920.
  • Basic Pay: The starting basic pay is Rs. 48,480.
  • Advance Increment: Candidates possessing one year or more of officer-level experience will receive one advance increment, bringing the basic pay to Rs. 50,480.

Apart from the basic pay, Officers are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Medical benefits, Leave Travel Concession (LTC), and other perks governed by bank regulations.

Service Bond

Selected candidates are required to execute a Service Bond before joining.

  • Bond Period: 3 Years of continuous service.
